Don't miss it, don't even be late! (Any of you catch the musical "State Fair" reference?) Don't be late is perfect for the Texas State Fair though. It is one of my favorite parts of living in Dallas! It means that fall is here, the fried food is amazing, the people watching is spectacular, usually there are some pretty fun bands, and it is just such an Americana experience. I am so glad it stays for about a month, so there is time to go more than once, or twice.
